Charity Begins at Home: More Updates

Of all our house and land packages at Geraldton Heights Estate, we are proudest of the property that we donated, in conjunction with Redink Homes Midwest, to Midwest Charity Begins at Home. The home was scheduled to be auctioned off on 8 November, but someone decided to buy the home for $550,000 before the auction, which was a great outcome for the charity.

An Update For Charity Begins at Home

The home was to be auctioned by Activewest. They gave us an update that we would like to share with you in a paraphrased form.

Activewest is proud to announce that the home donated by Geraldton Heights Estate and Redink Homes Midwest was sold before the proposed auction date of 8 November. This means that the auction is canceled. All parties involved are more than satisfied with the current outcome. We would like to thank the new owners for their generous offer and their commitment to helping make Geraldton a better place. We would also like to thank everyone who took part in this process for helping to enrich the Geraldton community:

Why We Participated

The owners and developers of Geraldton Heights Estate, together with 4Land Property Group, are committed to helping families in their times of need. Midwest Charity Begins at Home assists cancer sufferers (and those with serious illnesses) and their families with their expenses in their time of need. They have raised over $1.1 million before 2014. This year’s final tally will be almost as much as 2008-2013 combined.
